Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare comprehensive and accurate inspection reports, detailing findings and recommendations.
  • Identify and document any non-conformities, hygiene issues, or potential food safety risks.
  • Collaborate with clients and suppliers to facilitate the implementation of corrective actions.
  • Stay informed about new food safety regulations, industry best practices, and emerging risks.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in food inspection, quality assurance, or a related field within the food industry.
  • Strong understanding of food safety management systems (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000).
  • Excellent observational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
  • Proficiency in using inspection tools and software for data collection and reporting.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site inspections as required.
