Job Overview
COCO Dubai is hiring a full-time, on-site Food Runner in Dubai. You’ll expedite dishes from the kitchen to guests with speed and accuracy, verify orders, communicate clearly with kitchen and floor teams, and deliver warm, professional service. The role is fast-paced and hands-on, helping keep the dining experience smooth, timely, and memorable.
Key Responsibilities
- Promptly run food from kitchen pass to tables; verify order accuracy and presentation.
- Coordinate with chefs, expediters, and servers to prioritize tickets and timing.
- Assist with basic food & beverage tasks (cutlery roll-ups, water refills, table resets).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the pass and service stations.
- Support guest requests professionally and escalate issues as needed.
- Follow health, hygiene, and safety standards at all times.
Requirements
- Experience in expediting/food service; F&B operations knowledge.
- Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork.
- Detail-oriented; thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to stand long periods and safely carry heavy trays.
- Previous runner/server assistant experience a plus; high school diploma preferred.
