Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
- Accurately take and process food and beverage orders.
- Serve meals and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper setup of dining tables before, during, and after service.
- Assist in keeping the dining area organized and tidy.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any concerns promptly and courteously.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Food Server or in a similar customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- A customer-focused attitude and a passion for hospitality.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
