Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research and development for new food and nutrition products.
- Optimize existing product formulations and manufacturing processes.
- Ensure adherence to international food safety and quality standards (ISO, GMP, U.S. FDA).
- Perform sensory evaluations, shelf-life studies, and quality control tests.
- Collaborate closely with production, marketing, and supply chain teams.
- Identify and evaluate high-quality ingredients, with a focus on local sourcing.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality management systems (ISO, GMP).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing and R&D environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
- Passion for developing innovative and healthy food products.
