Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to Unilever’s food products.
- Maintain consistently high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to proactively address customer needs.
- Process customer orders, returns, and feedback efficiently and accurately.
- Provide comprehensive product information and support to customers.

Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the food or FMCG industry (2+ years).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a genuine customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work effectively and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in relevant customer service software, CRM systems, or SAP.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a distinct advantage.
