Football Coach – Spanish

Job Overview

ISD Dubai Sports City is seeking a Spanish Football Coach to deliver a modern, methodology-driven player development program inspired by leading Spanish academies. You’ll coach ages 4–18 across technical, tactical, physical and psychological pillars, align sessions to a structured curriculum, and collaborate with the Technical Director to ensure consistent, high-quality standards in training and competition.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate sessions aligned with Spanish methodology and academy curriculum.
• Build individual development plans; track performance, attendance, and progression data.
• Coach training and matchdays; uphold professional standards at events and community activations.
• Collaborate with Technical Director and staff to ensure consistency and excellence.
• Assist with trials, talent ID, and academy competitions.

Requirements

• UEFA B (minimum); UEFA A preferred.
• Native/fluent Spanish; strong English communication.
• 3+ years’ youth coaching (academy/club) with clear understanding of Spanish development frameworks.
• Excellent interpersonal, motivational, and organizational skills; team-first mindset.
