Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement the visual design language and user experience strategy for various projects.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to translate complex concepts into intuitive interfaces.
- Develop and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for AI, Fintech, and IT solutions.
- Establish and uphold design standards, guidelines, and best practices across the company’s portfolio.
- Lead design reviews and provide constructive feedback to foster a culture of design excellence.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovation.
Requirements
- Proven experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing work on complex systems.
- Proficiency with leading design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to articulate design decisions.
- Ability to work effectively in an agile, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.
- Experience in the AI, Fintech, or broader IT services sector is highly desirable.
