Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage a Kvik franchise store with full operational responsibility.

• Recruit, train, and lead a dedicated team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Manage store finances, inventory, and local marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in business management, retail, or sales leadership.
