Key Responsibilities
- Processing customer inquiries via email or chat.
- Complaint management and processing of complaints.
- Tracking shipments & processing returns.
Requirements
- High customer and service orientation.
- Very good knowledge of the German language (written and spoken), English skills are an advantage.
- Experience with Shopify, Freshdesk, JTL, & AI (ChatGPT).
