Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all food and beverage operations for large-scale events and festivals.
- Develop and implement F&B strategies, menus, and service standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Recruit, train, and supervise F&B staff, ensuring high performance and service quality.
- Manage F&B budgets, control costs, and analyze financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years preferred) as an F&B Manager, with significant focus on events and festivals.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage large teams and high-pressure environments.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and industry best practices.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by event schedules.
