Requirements
- Proven experience in salary survey, compensation benchmarking, or related HR consulting.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- In-depth knowledge of Angolan labor market and compensation trends is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects as a freelance consultant.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
