Requirements

  • Proven experience in salary survey, compensation benchmarking, or related HR consulting.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • In-depth knowledge of Angolan labor market and compensation trends is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects as a freelance consultant.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
