Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Manage incoming calls, messages, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and scheduling.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
  • Provide general office support and ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Arabic.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Eligibility for the Emiratization program is highly preferred.
