Fairmont Hotels & Resorts is looking for a Front Desk Agent to execute daily arrival and departure functions, adhering to the Fairmont Service Promise. This role involves registration, handling guest requests, and ensuring efficient hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily arrival and departure functions in line with the Fairmont Service Promise.
• Perform the registration process, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
• Review Group Resumes, VIP reports, and daily business reports.
• Handle cash, process credits, and manage Gift Card redemptions.
• Resolve guest complaints and follow up with managers as needed.
• Ensure strict control of room keys and enforce security procedures.

Requirements

• Passion for guest service with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
• Fluency in English and at least one additional language.
• Minimum of 1 year of previous hotel experience is an asset.
• Knowledge of Property Management Systems such as Opera is an asset.
• Computer proficiency in a Windows environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
