Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome guests and facilitate efficient check-in and check-out processes.
  • Address guest inquiries, provide information about hotel services, and handle requests promptly.
  • Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments accurately.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts.
  • Resolve guest concerns and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
