Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests and facilitate efficient check-in and check-out processes.
- Address guest inquiries, provide information about hotel services, and handle requests promptly.
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments accurately.
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest accounts.
- Resolve guest concerns and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
