Key Responsibilities

  • Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming calls; taking messages; responding to emails.
  • Greeting guests, offering refreshments, issuing visitor badges, and ensuring they connect with the right person.
  • Managing appointment calendars, booking meeting rooms, and coordinating schedules.
  • Sorting mail, making copies, filing, data entry, and general office upkeep.
  • Monitoring and ordering office supplies, managing basic facility issues, and ensuring the reception area is tidy.
  • Monitoring access and maintaining visitor logs.
