Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with professionalism, warmth, and natural elegance during arrival and departure.
- Act as a dedicated point of contact for Russian-speaking guests, ensuring smooth communication.
- Handle guest requests and feedback with care, empathy, and timely follow-up.
- Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Concierge, and other departments to deliver seamless service.
- Process reservations, walk-ins, and in-house extensions using Opera PMS.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Front Office Agent in a 5-star luxury hotel or resort.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management.
- Proficient in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English and Russian (spoken and written).
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
