Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all front office operations, including guest check-in/out, concierge, and guest services.
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences and promptly resolve any guest issues or complaints.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the front office team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage room inventory, rates, and occupancy to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
- Implement and maintain Accor’s brand standards and service quality protocols.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in front office management within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and standard office applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
