Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet all visitors and clients with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy, presentable, and well-organized.

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the recruitment team and other staff members as needed.
- Maintain and monitor office supplies inventory, placing orders and coordinating with vendors.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, managing appointment calendars, and organizing events.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Front Office Receptionist or in a similar administrative support role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
