Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise daily front office operations, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes.
  • Motivate, train, and develop front office team members to deliver outstanding service.
  • Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns.
  • Manage room assignments, guest requests, and ensure accurate guest billing.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall resort guest experience.
  • Prepare and analyze daily operational reports, ensuring efficient front office performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in front office operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role within a luxury hotel or resort.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
  • Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle challenging guest situations with professionalism and diplomacy.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a luxury hospitality setting.
