    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise and support all front office operations, including reception, concierge, and guest services.
    • Ensure a seamless and efficient guest check-in/check-out process.
    • Train, mentor, and motivate front office team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
    • Address guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
    • Uphold Fairmont’s luxury service standards and operational procedures at all times.
    • Assist with administrative tasks, reporting, and managing front office resources efficiently.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a luxury hotel front office environment.
    • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, guest-centric approach.
    • Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and standard office applications.
    • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
    • Fluency in English is essential; additional language proficiency is a significant advantage.
