Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients and key decision-makers in the UAE market.
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities to build a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and communicate the value proposition.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline status in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Proven full-cycle sales experience in a B2B SaaS role, preferably in the UAE market.
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.
- Mastery of the entire sales process, including prospecting, product demonstrations, and negotiation.
- Self-sufficient and driven with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Fluent in English with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) for pipeline management.
