Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients and key decision-makers in the UAE market.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities to build a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs and communicate the value proposition.
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline status in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Proven full-cycle sales experience in a B2B SaaS role, preferably in the UAE market.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Mastery of the entire sales process, including prospecting, product demonstrations, and negotiation.
  • Self-sufficient and driven with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Fluent in English with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) for pipeline management.
