Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute detailed functional test cases and test plans.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies using appropriate tools.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Perform regression testing to validate defect fixes and prevent new issues.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Functional Tester in a mid-senior level capacity.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
- Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
