Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact and advocate for assigned key clients.
  • Ensure successful onboarding, adoption, and retention of NATEK’s IT solutions.
  • Build strong, long-lasting customer relationships through proactive engagement and support.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and new service adoption within existing client portfolios.
  • Collaborate effectively with technical and delivery teams to resolve client issues and ensure overall satisfaction.
  • Monitor client health, gather feedback, and proactively mitigate risks to customer success.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within the IT sector.
  • Strong understanding of IT business solutions and the digital transformation landscape.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand complex client needs and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a strong customer-centric approach.
  • Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Slovak or other CEE languages is a significant advantage.
