Key Responsibilities
- Collect and count cashiers’ envelopes daily with a witness.
- Prepare daily bank deposits and the General Cashier’s daily report.
- Reimburse cashiers for disbursements and due backs.
- Count the General Cashier’s float daily, ensuring balance.
- Safeguard hotel funds with proper controls.
- Ensure proper documentation for all goods entering the property.
Requirements
- Familiarity with document management systems.
- Ability to follow instructions and handle funds securely.
- Flexibility in relation to working hours, especially at month-end.
- Timely and efficient handling of requests and inquiries.
- Adherence to security measures for fund transfers.
- Attention to detail in reconciling petty cash.
