Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive legal counsel and strategic guidance to Puffy’s leadership.
- Oversee all corporate governance and ensure compliance with international regulations.
- Advise on complex legal matters related to AI technologies, data privacy, and intellectual property.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and agreements.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks across global operations and new initiatives.
- Support strategic business development and M&A activities from a legal perspective.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Counsel or senior legal counsel, preferably in a tech or AI-driven company.
- Exceptional understanding of corporate law, intellectual property, and international compliance.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous, and high-performance environment.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex legal challenges and support global operations.
