Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the platform strategy across user acquisition, engagement, and monetization.
• Own platform P&L, pricing models, and revenue streams.
• Translate investor needs into clear product priorities and success metrics.
• Build the operating cadence for the platform: KPIs, dashboards, reviews, and accountability.
• Lead and align product, growth, operations, and customer success around a single set of goals.
• Own strategic partnerships tied directly to the platform.

Requirements

• 8–15+ years of experience in general management, product-led businesses, marketplaces, fintech, proptech, or investment platforms.
• Proven experience owning a P&L or running a full business unit.
• Strong product intuition paired with commercial rigor.
• Highly analytical, comfortable working with data, funnels, and unit economics.
• Strong operator who can move from strategy to execution without friction.
