That perspective comes from seeing markets form, shift, contract, and rebuild across multiple business cycles, leadership transitions, and category changes. We work across 32 markets and have placed leaders across 300 plus organisations, from mid-management to C-suite. We track what happens after the hire. Eighty-six percent of the leaders we place are still in role at three years, and 62 percent have been promoted within that time. Our foundation was built before social media made talent visible at scale. The work was headhunting across geographies: listening carefully, building relationships over time, and mapping talent before people announced themselves. LinkedIn has expanded reach, but it did not build the foundation. Our work spans FMCG and consumer, retail, engineering, real estate, private equity, family offices, and financial services. Every search is led by a senior consultant with direct market knowledge. We also place Fractional Leaders for project-based and interim engagements across the GCC.
