Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall operations and strategic direction of the PwC Acceleration Center in Buenos Aires.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance service delivery, efficiency, and client value.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives and cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the center.
- Oversee talent management, performance evaluation, and resource allocation to ensure optimal team performance.
- Ensure strict adherence to PwC’s global standards, quality protocols, and operational excellence guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with global client engagement teams to align center objectives with broader network goals and client needs.
Requirements
- Proven executive leadership experience, preferably within a professional services or global delivery environment.
- Strong strategic planning and exceptional operational management capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, foster collaboration, and effectively manage diverse, high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep understanding of professional services, digital transformation trends, and global operating models.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree is highly preferred.
