Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front office, F&B, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve financial objectives and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team, fostering a culture of excellence and high performance.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, company policies, and local regulations.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with owners, guests, and community stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar senior leadership role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong financial acumen with a track record of driving revenue and managing budgets.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex operations and achieve business targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
