Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations, including staff, services, and guest satisfaction.

Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel management, preferably in a luxury or international brand.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent understanding of hospitality operations, including F&B, rooms division, and sales.
- Ability to manage budgets, P&L statements, and operational KPIs.
