Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand market share and client base.
- Oversee and optimize daily operational activities, ensuring high standards in parking management and services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team across various departments.
- Ensure the successful implementation and integration of new parking technologies and systems.

Requirements
- Proven executive leadership experience in a senior management role, preferably in the parking, facilities management, or related service industry.
- Strong background in business development, sales, and comprehensive operations management.
- Demonstrated ability to drive growth, achieve strategic objectives, and manage complex projects.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in strategic planning, financial oversight, and team development.
- Flexibility to travel as required, particularly between the UAE and Bahrain.
