Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the company’s diverse asset portfolio, including urban furniture inventory and infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement strategic asset management plans to enhance value and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee the entire asset lifecycle, from procurement and deployment to maintenance and disposal.
  • Ensure strict compliance with national and international standards for urban furniture and infrastructure.
  • Collaborate effectively with production, sales, and installation teams for seamless asset integration.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports on asset performance, depreciation, and investment opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in asset management, financial analysis, or a related field, demonstrating strong leadership.
  • Deep understanding of asset valuation methodologies, financial reporting, and investment principles.
  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in French and Arabic, both written and verbal, is highly beneficial for this role.
  • Prior knowledge of the urban infrastructure or public works sector in Algeria is a significant advantage.
