Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee maintenance service contracts from initiation to completion.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in contract management, preferably within maintenance or facility services.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex contract terms and service requirements.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and project management tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
