Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee maintenance service contracts from initiation to completion.
- Ensure all contractual obligations and service level agreements are met.

- Monitor performance metrics, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Requirements
- Proven experience in contract management, preferably within maintenance or facility services.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex contract terms and service requirements.
- Proficiency in relevant software and project management tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
