Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate global employee assignments and relocations from initiation to completion.
- Provide expert consulting services to corporate clients on global mobility policies and best practices.
- Ensure strict compliance with international relocation regulations, immigration laws, and company policies.
- Liaise effectively with various stakeholders including employees, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Develop and implement tailored relocation solutions to meet individual client and employee needs.
- Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, proactive support, and exceptional service delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in global mobility, employee relocation, or assignment management.
- Excellent understanding of international relocation processes, immigration requirements, and compliance.
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain robust professional relationships.
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in relevant global mobility software and tools is highly desirable.
