Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement global HR strategies aligned with Bybit’s business objectives.

- Lead and mentor a diverse HR team across various regions.

- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with global regulations and best practices.
- Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on all people-related matters.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in financial services or technology.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful global HR strategies.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of global HR regulations and compliance.
