• Oversee all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
• Lead and mentor a diverse HR team across various regions.
• Drive organizational development, culture, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure HR policies and practices comply with global regulations and best practices.
• Act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on all people-related matters.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in financial services or technology.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful global HR strategies.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of global HR regulations and compliance.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving international environment.
