Requirements

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Organization Development or HR leadership roles, preferably in fast-paced tech or financial services.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing large-scale OD and change management initiatives.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and influencing skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience using data to drive organizational insights.
• Deep understanding of HR best practices and emerging trends in organizational effectiveness.
