Requirements
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Organization Development or HR leadership roles, preferably in fast-paced tech or financial services.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing large-scale OD and change management initiatives.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience using data to drive organizational insights.
- Deep understanding of HR best practices and emerging trends in organizational effectiveness.
