Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global talent strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of talent acquisition, including employer branding, recruitment, and onboarding across multiple regions.
- Design and implement talent management programs for performance, development, and retention.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of HR and talent professionals.
- Drive initiatives to foster an inclusive culture and enhance employee experience.
- Partner with executive leadership to forecast talent needs and build leadership pipelines.
Requirements
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in a senior talent leadership role, preferably in a global or fast-growing tech/healthcare company.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent strategies.
- Strong understanding of international HR practices and talent markets (AU, UK, DE preferred).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
