Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage end-to-end global payroll operations for multiple countries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure full compliance with international and local payroll regulations, tax laws, and statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate effectively with external payroll providers and internal HR/Finance teams worldwide.
  • Identify and implement improvements to payroll processes and systems to enhance efficiency and data integrity.
  • Provide expert advice and support on complex global payroll matters and employee inquiries.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless payroll delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in global payroll operations, preferably within a fast-paced, international environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of international payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
