Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee global regulatory projects for new and existing hair care products.
- Ensure full compliance with international cosmetic regulations, including EU, US (FDA), and Australian (TGA) standards.
- Coordinate closely with R&D, marketing, and legal teams to support product development from conception to launch.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive regulatory documentation, dossiers, and technical files.
- Monitor changes in the global regulatory landscape and proactively advise internal stakeholders on potential impacts.
- Implement and maintain robust regulatory project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely market entry.
Requirements
- Proven experience in regulatory affairs or project management within the cosmetics, personal care, or consumer goods industry.
- Strong understanding of international cosmetic regulations (e.g., EU Cosmetics Regulation, FDA, TGA).
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills for collaborating with diverse teams globally.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative, and global work environment.
