Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality golf instruction and coaching to members and guests.
- Assist in the daily operations of the golf department, including tee times and equipment management.
- Promote golf programs, events, and services to enhance member and guest engagement.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service and ensure a positive experience for all golfers.
- Collaborate with the golf team to organize and execute tournaments and events.
- Stay updated on golf trends and best practices to continuously improve services.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Golf Professional or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective member interaction.
- Strong knowledge of golf rules, etiquette, and playing techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for golf and commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.
- Relevant certifications in golf instruction are highly desirable.
