Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with relevant government agencies and officials.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments impacting the company’s business.
• Represent the company’s interests in various discussions with government stakeholders.
• Assist in the process of obtaining necessary permits, licenses, and approvals.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations on government policy for internal use.
• Ensure the company’s activities are in full compliance with local laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of China’s political and regulatory landscape.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with external parties.
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex issues.
