Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for decision-making.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives within the Finance department.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial systems/tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
