Key Responsibilities

• Supporting hiring for tech roles, with a focus on Software Engineers.
• Partnering closely with recruiters to build and maintain talent pipelines.
• Screening CVs and conducting initial interviews with candidates.
• Coordinating interview processes and supporting candidates throughout their journey.
• Learning and applying modern sourcing and recruitment methods.
• Managing candidate information through our ATS.

Requirements

• Fluency in English.
• A degree in STEM, HR, finance, or a related field.
• Solid organisational and time management skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Clear and confident communication skills.
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
