Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging visual content for marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms.
• Develop brand-consistent graphics for the company website, social media channels, and product packaging.
• Create compelling visuals for presentations, advertisements, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and product development teams to conceptualize and execute design projects.
• Ensure all designs align with AIYA Matcha’s brand guidelines and high-quality standards.
• Manage and organize design assets and files efficiently for easy access and collaboration.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally within the food & beverage industry.
• Proficiency in industry-standard graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• A strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional design work.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and color theory.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
