Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce high-quality visual content for various marketing channels, both digital and print.
• Ensure all designs align with Sofitel’s brand guidelines and luxury aesthetic.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to understand design needs and project requirements.
• Create engaging graphics for social media, websites, promotional materials, and in-hotel displays.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and software to bring innovative ideas to the team.

Requirements

• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design concepts effectively.
• Passion for luxury hospitality and a keen eye for aesthetics.
