Key Responsibilities
- Design visually engaging email templates and graphics for marketing campaigns.
- Ensure all email designs align with BetterMe’s brand guidelines and aesthetic.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute email visuals.
- Optimize email graphics for various devices and email clients to ensure optimal user experience.
- Stay updated with email design trends, best practices, and new technologies.
- Contribute to the overall creative strategy for digital communications.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio, specifically in email design.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma).
- Solid understanding of email marketing principles and responsive design.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with A/B testing visuals for performance optimization is a plus.
