This role ensures the seamless integration and operation of advanced technology to enhance guest experience in the UAE’s first integrated resort.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the implementation, operation, and maintenance of Guest Room Management Systems (GRMS).
- Oversee all Audio-Visual (AV) and Entertainment technical services across the resort.
- Ensure high performance, reliability, and functionality of all technical systems.
- Lead a team of technical staff, providing guidance and training.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments for seamless system integration and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules and emergency response plans.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing GRMS, AV, or entertainment technical systems, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of audio, video, lighting, and control systems.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related technical field is preferred.
