Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control all ground operations activities for departing and arriving flights.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and operational procedures.
- Coordinate with various departments including flight crew, maintenance, and catering.
- Manage and resolve any operational disruptions or irregularities promptly.
- Optimize resource allocation for ground support equipment and personnel.
- Maintain accurate records of all ground handling activities.
Requirements
- Must be a UAE National (UAEN Only) as specified in the job title.
- Demonstrated experience in ground operations or aviation logistics.
- Strong understanding of airline operational procedures and safety standards.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in relevant ground handling systems and software.
