Key Responsibilities
- Be present for carriers through their on-boarding process.
- Build strong relationships with shipper’s facilities.
- Handle all ground operations such as OTP and load coordination.
- Follow up with carriers and collect PODs.
- Deliver invoices to shippers.
- Ensure carriers meet standard requirements and qualifications.
Requirements
- Owning a car and a valid driving license.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working as operations representative or in similar positions.
- Passion for the service needs of customers and transportation partners.
- Ability to collaborate with a diverse set of people.
- Flexibility in working hours.
